Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
UI/UX Development: Design engaging and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Visual Design: Maintain and develop a strong visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs effectively.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, typography, colour theory, and layouts.
Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions is an advantage.
Professional Attributes:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education: A degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
