Job Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for fintech applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with development teams to create responsive designs that function across various devices.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve UI/UX designs.
• Understand and design interfaces for banking modules such as account management, fund transfers, loans, deposits, reconciliation, and more.
• Ensure the designs align with industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and fintech compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design processes.

Key Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Hands-on experience working on banking or financial institution projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of banking workflows, financial products, and fintech modules.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant projects, especially in the banking/fintech domain, is a Plus.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of basic front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus).
• Experience designing mobile banking apps or digital payment interfaces.
• Awareness of fintech regulations, security practices, and user behavior in financial platforms.
