Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision , or similar. Strong understanding of banking workflows, financial products , and fintech modules . Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions. Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A portfolio showcasing relevant projects, especially in the banking/fintech domain , is a Plus. Good to Have Knowledge of basic front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus). Experience designing mobile banking apps or digital payment interfaces.
