Role Responsibilities Understand client requirements and design websites that align with brand objectives Create wireframes and prototypes that enhance user experience Design visual elements that maintain brand consistency across digital platforms Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and ad creatives for higher engagement and lead generation Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions Collaborate with development teams to ensure design integrity during implementation Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices Required Qualifications Proficiency in Figma and Framer Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with image manipulation, retouching, and color correction Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and current trends Portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX projects Understanding of user-centered design processes Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches Experience with interaction design and information architecture Company Culture & Values At Maglo Media, we live by our values: 1.
