Role Overview

Globalco seeks a UI/UX Designer for its India office. The role requires a deep sense of usability, structure, and digital aesthetics. The selected designer will define and enhance interfaces for both internal tools and client-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute interface designs aligned with product and business goals. Translate user requirements and analytics into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Develop interactive flows and responsive layouts consistent across devices.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity throughout implementation.
Conduct usability testing and recommend precise design improvements.
Maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Analyze feedback data to refine user journeys and overall product experience.
Ensure accessibility compliance and intuitive visual hierarchy.
Produce high-quality design assets under tight deadlines.
Communicate design rationales effectively to stakeholders and developers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related discipline. Proven experience in UI/UX or product design.
Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Understanding of front-end implementation (HTML, CSS, or React preferred).
Excellent command of typography, color theory, and layout systems.
Analytical mindset supported by an eye for precision and clarity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
