Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Direct project planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple workstreams. Define scope, resources, and execution milestones with precision.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies and shifts.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for each project.
• Ensure compliance with Globalco’s methodologies, security protocols, and client expectations.
• Oversee financial tracking, budget alignment, and reporting accuracy.
• Identify risks, establish mitigation frameworks, and enforce contingency plans.
• Communicate progress transparently to stakeholders and senior management.
• Document project outcomes and lessons learned for institutional knowledge.
• Uphold technical quality and operational discipline throughout the lifecycle of all projects.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics. Proven experience in project or program management within a technical environment.
• Strong command of Agile or hybrid project management frameworks.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing international teams or distributed operations preferred.
