Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will work collaboratively with the product and development teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs. Responsibilities include developing wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs, conducting user research to enhance user experience, and collaborating with developers to ensure seamless front-end implementation. The designer will play a critical role in maintaining and evolving the design standards of FraX's platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Mockups and effective Visual Design
• Expertise in Figma and Design Systems
• Experience in Prototyping for web and mobile applications
• Strong skills in User Experience Design (UED) and understanding user behavior and needs
• Familiarity with Front-End Development principles to support development teams
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to design standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in fintech or real estate platforms is a plus
