What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Translate product and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and other stakeholders to understand functional requirements and transform them into usable, engaging interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to iterate and improve design outcomes.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and define behaviour across platforms using a design system.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, techniques, and technologies, especially in fintech and banking UX.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma-based projects.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and related design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Exposure to tools like Zeplin, InVision, or similar.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
