What You'll Do: Design and deliver intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma. Translate product and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and other stakeholders to understand functional requirements and transform them into usable, engaging interfaces. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to iterate and improve design outcomes. Ensure consistency in visual elements and define behaviour across platforms using a design system. Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, techniques, and technologies, especially in fintech and banking UX. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma-based projects. Strong proficiency with Figma and related design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) Experience in responsive and mobile-first design Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Knowledge of design systems and component-based design. Exposure to tools like Zeplin, InVision, or similar. Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
