Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Design and Product team. This is a pivotal role that blends creativity with usability, requiring hands-on collaboration in every stage of the design process. You will work closely with product leaders, engineers, and marketing teams to design meaningful, intuitive, and aesthetic experiences for users.

This role is ideal for design professionals who are passionate about UX research, problem-solving, aesthetics, and crafting solutions that elevate both brand and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Founding Product & Design team to conceptualize and design seamless user experiences.
• Translate UX research into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished final designs.
• Apply design thinking methodologies in building user-friendly, visually appealing, and consistent digital products.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve design outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for consistency across platforms and digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketers to balance usability with business goals under tight timelines.
• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, bringing innovation and fresh ideas into projects.
• Present and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of design projects, driving them proactively from concept to implementation.
• Take proactive part in client review, knowledge transfer, or brief calls. Fluent communication plays a crucial role for us.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven 3–4 years of experience in UI/UX design and 3+ years in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping platforms.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Skilled in wireframing, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and responsive design (web and mobile).
• A portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX and graphic design work across projects.
• Deep understanding of user-centric design, usability principles, and visual design fundamentals.
• Creativity with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• A growth-driven mindset with adaptability to evolving tools and workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Having leadership qualities is a bonus, but not mandatory.
