Key Responsibilities:

• Design conversion-optimized UI/UX for ecommerce platforms and business websites
• Create compelling landing pages that maximize lead generation and sales
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs
• Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align design with campaign goals
• Build and maintain consistent design systems across client projects
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients with confidence

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of UI/UX design experience with ecommerce/business focus
• Strong portfolio showcasing website and landing page designs
• Delhi NCR location - Ready for full-time on-site collaboration
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and design thinking
• Understanding of conversion optimization and user psychology
• Experience designing for multiple industries and target audiences
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion psychology
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and heat mapping tools
• Experience in A/B testing design variations
