Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Frontend: Build modern, dynamic UI components using React.js, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+). Backend: Develop scalable REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Database Integration: Manage and model data using MongoDB, ensuring seamless backend integration. Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices and testing standards. Debugging & Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and bugs effectively. Learning & Growth: Stay current with new frameworks, trends, and technologies to continuously sharpen your skills. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 2 year of proven experience in full stack development. Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js preferred). Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, or other relevant frameworks. Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB; bonus for experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and version control workflows. Strong problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset. * Preferred (Nice to Have) : Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
