UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As an experienced UI/UX designer at Nexbex, you will be responsible for leading the entire UI/UX design lifecycle. Your main focus will be on transforming complex problems into intuitive and elegant solutions, creating responsive interfaces for web and mobile, and collaborating with product managers and developers to achieve scalable design solutions. Your role will also involve conducting user research, testing usability, and championing consistency by developing and maintaining a world-class design system. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the UI/UX design lifecycle with a vision to solve problems through design - Create user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms that blend form and function seamlessly - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather real-world feedback for continuous product improvement - Develop and maintain a design system and reusable UI components to ensure consistency and accessibility across all touchpoints Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a successful portfolio - Proficiency in tools like Figma and other design software for prototyping and interaction design - Strong understanding of design psychology, user behavior, and principles of user-friendly product design - Attention to detail with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout - Self-starter mentality with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment Additional Company Details: Nexbex offers full-time, permanent job opportunities with benefits including paid sick time and paid time off.
