Job Description – Copy and Content Writer Lead

We are seeking a talented and creative Copy and Content Writer to join our leading and vibrant digital marketing agency. As a Copy and Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing compelling and engaging written content across various platforms to captivate our target audience and drive brand awareness. We work with a diverse portfolio of international clients, so your ability to write for a global audience is crucial to this role.

Responsibilities:-

  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, original, and engaging written content for a variety of digital platforms, including website pages, blog posts, social media channels, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
  • Brand Voice Development: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' brand identities and target audiences. Consistently apply the appropriate tone, style, and brand voice in all written materials to maintain a cohesive and compelling brand image.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into written content to enhance search engine optimization (SEO) and improve organic visibility.
  • Proofreading and Editing: Ensure all written content is free from grammatical errors, typos, and inconsistencies. Edit and proofread content to maintain high editorial standards and deliver polished, error-free materials.
  • Content Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute content strategies aligned with clients' marketing objectives. Provide creative input and ideas to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Research and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors' content strategies. Use insights to create content that resonates with our client's target markets and stands out in the industry.
  • Content Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote written content across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and content distribution platforms, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of written content using analytics tools and platforms. Provide reports and insights on content engagement metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:-

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or similar role in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. Since we serve a wide range of international clients, an exceptional level of English is essential to communicate ideas clearly and craft content that resonates across global audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO best practices, content marketing strategies, and social media trends. Understanding of how content contributes to overall marketing objectives.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free content that adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders. Open to receiving feedback and incorporating it into content revisions.
