Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design
Strong practice in research, ideation, and design execution
Portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and dashboard design
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
Understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and responsive design
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (bonus)
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with design systems and component-based design
Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Framer
Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
Awareness of WCAG and accessibility guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and dashboards with a focus on usability and aesthetics
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with the latest UI/UX trends
Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI libraries
