Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to create seamless, user-centric designs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual assets for both mobile and web applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine design solutions.
Ensure design consistency and adherence to established brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
Present design concepts and articulate design rationale to stakeholders, driving incremental improvements.
Keep abreast of UI/UX trends and tools to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, with proven experience in UI/UX design and a robust design portfolio.
Must-Have: Proficiency in using leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to create compelling user interfaces.
Must-Have: Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
Preferred: Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred: Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) to effectively bridge the gap between design and development.
