About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centred digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both user interface and user experience design and will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver polished, high-conversion applications and websites. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Design responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces for web and mobile platforms Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs Maintain consistency in visual elements and ensure brand alignment Iterate designs based on feedback, performance metrics, and A/B testing Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar Strong understanding of design systems, typography, spacing, and colour theory Solid knowledge of user-centred design principles and best practices Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and outcomes Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field Experience with prototyping tools and user testing platforms Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) What We Offer: Competitive salary from 5-8LPA and benefits Opportunity to work on impactful products Collaborative and inclusive work environment Career growth and learning support Show more Show less
