UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at e-Careers, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end design initiatives for CRM and internal admin systems. Your responsibilities will include mapping user journeys, developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating with Developers, and driving continuous usability enhancements based on data and feedback. You will also be responsible for maintaining a standardized design system, conducting UX research, and ensuring UI execution aligns with brand guidelines and user-centric design principles. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives for CRM and internal admin systems. - Map user journeys, process flows, and pain points across operational workflows. - Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes. - Work closely with Developers to translate requirements into scalable design solutions. - Drive continuous usability enhancements based on data, feedback, and business priorities. - Maintain and evolve a standardized design system for internal tools. - Conduct UX research and usability testing sessions. - Ensure UI execution aligns with brand guidelines and user-centric design principles. Qualifications and Skills: - 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within CRM or admin platforms. - Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory), prototyping tools, and design system creation. - Proven ability to convert complex business processes into intuitive interfaces. - Solid understanding of UX methodologies, responsive design, and usability best practices. - Ability to collaborate within cross-functional squads and manage multiple priorities. - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
