About the Role We’re looking for a passionate AI Developer / Engineer with strong Python skills and hands-on experience building agentic frameworks or AI automation systems. You’ll be designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents capable of reasoning, retrieving, and taking autonomous actions across diverse workflows. Key responsibilities Design, build, and optimise AI agents capable of task planning, tool use, and dynamic decision-making. Develop robust back-end pipelines using Python (FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, etc.). Integrate with vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Bedrock Knowledge Base) for memory and retrieval. Deploy models and agents on AWS Cloud (ECS, Lambda, SageMaker, or Bedrock). Build observability into the AI stack using tools like Langfuse, HoneyHive, or custom logging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, research) to integrate AI into production systems. Continuously research and experiment with the latest advancements in LLMs, reasoning agents, and multi-agent orchestration. Requirements (Flexible) 3–5 years of experience in AI / ML / Python development. Deep expertise in Python (async, API integration, data processing). Solid understanding of LLM architectures (OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, etc.). Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom agent systems). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). Strong debugging, system design, and optimisation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment. Preferred (Nice to have) Experience building AI evaluation frameworks or observability dashboards. Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt engineering. Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation). Comfort working with remote, distributed engineering teams.
