Your Role

GalaxiQ builds AI-driven marketing automation, real-time analytics and creative content workflows. We’re looking for an ML Ops Engineer who can turn experimental models into reliable, scalable production systems.

You will:

• Design and maintain end-to-end ML/LLM pipelines (training, evaluation, deployment).
• Build and operate model serving (APIs, workers, streaming consumers).
• Set up CI/CD for ML with proper testing, versioning and rollback.
• Own monitoring & observability (latency, drift, failures, business KPIs).
• Work with AI, data, and product teams to productionize notebooks into hardened services.
• Optimize cloud cost and performance across compute, storage, and models.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in backend / DevOps / ML Ops.
• Strong Python (bonus: Node.js/TypeScript) and cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes or Cloud Run.
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with data/ML tooling (Airflow/Prefect, MLflow/W&B, BigQuery or similar).

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM/AI APIs (OpenAI, Vertex, Bedrock) and vector DBs.
