Role Overview

This is a dual-role position with 60% focus on graphic design and 40% on UI/UX design. You will be responsible for creating visually impactful marketing materials, social media creatives, and brand assets while also supporting website/UI improvements and digital interface design for our platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design (60%)

• Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, brochures, flyers, corporate decks, and standees.
• Create high-quality visual assets for social media, events, branding, and internal communication.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign visuals and promotions.
• Handle creative requirements for real estate projects including floor plans, signage, and presentations.

UI/UX Design (40%)

• Support UI/UX development for APS's digital platforms — website, CRM dashboards, microsites.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interface designs.
• Conduct basic user research and improve the usability of APS’s digital experiences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic and/or UI/UX design roles.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, Adobe XD.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing both visual design and UI/UX projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
