What You’ll Do

✅ Identify and pitch to potential clients—startups, SMEs, and large corporates

✅ Meet Admin Heads, CXOs, and Founders to understand workspace needs

✅ Collaborate with our design team to create proposals that excite and convert

✅ Drive project closures—from the first hello to handover

✅ Keep a tight handle on your sales pipeline via CRM and regular check-ins

What We’re Looking For

4 years of B2B sales or business development experience

Prior experience in office interiors, workspace solutions, or commercial real estate is a big plus

Strong communication, field-readiness, and a “get-it-done” mindset

Someone who thrives in a target-driven, client-facing environment

Basic understanding of fit-out timelines, commercial spaces, and how offices are planned

You’re smart, well-spoken, and make a great first impression

You’re presentable and comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers

You’re naturally outspoken, confident, and a strong communicator
