Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer & Trainer to conduct high-quality in-person training sessions at our Bangalore center. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and deep expertise in UI/UX design principles, tools, and processes.

This is a freelance/contractual role best suited for professionals who are looking to share their knowledge through structured and hands-on training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive UI/UX training sessions onsite.
• Create or customize course content, projects, and case studies based on industry standards.
• Mentor and guide students through practical assignments and portfolio development.
• Provide regular assessments, feedback, and support to learners.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (3+ years preferred).
• Prior training or teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be available for onsite training in Bangalore.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end basics.
• Exposure to design systems and accessibility guidelines.
• Portfolio of past work and/or training modules delivered.

Schedule & Duration:

• Flexible schedule (Weekdays or Weekends depending on batch)
• Duration: Based on project / batch requirement
