Job Title: UI/UX Trainer (Short-Term Contract – 60 Hours)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated UI/UX Trainer to deliver a short-term, in-person training program in Bangalore. The training will span 60 hours, covering both theoretical concepts and hands-on practicals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UI/UX design and a proven ability to effectively teach and engage learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured UI/UX training over a 60-hour period (theory + practical).
• Develop or enhance training materials, lesson plans, and assignments.
• Teach core principles of UI/UX design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Demonstrate design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc., through live examples.
• Facilitate interactive sessions, provide project guidance, and assess learner performance.
• Support learners with individual feedback and mentoring as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in teaching or training (academic or corporate).
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and usability principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience designing or delivering structured training modules is an advantage.
