Mediloon is transforming pharmacy technology with solutions designed to simplify and modernize pharmacy management and patient care. Our innovative, pharmacy-first digital platform offers tools such as customizable websites, inventory and product management, e-prescription integration, appointment booking, and customer engagement features like WhatsApp and chatbot support. By enabling pharmacies to establish a strong online presence, Mediloon helps them deliver accessible and reliable healthcare services to their communities. Currently onboarding pharmacies in Germany, Mediloon aims to expand its reach throughout Europe.

Position Type: Contract Internship (3–6 months, Remote)

Compensation: Paid contract engagement

Role Summary

The UI/UX Design Intern will design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for Mediloon’s digital products. This role involves creating design systems, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance usability and reflect our brand’s design language.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

• Maintain and refine a consistent design system across all products.

• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to guide design improvements.

• Present design concepts and rationale to the team.

Required Qualifications

• 0–1 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

• Proficiency with Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Prototyping).

• Understanding of UX principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility.

• Strong visual design sense (typography, color, spacing).

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Must provide a design portfolio (Figma, Behance, or Dribbble).

Preferred Skills

Figma

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS) for collaboration purposes.

• Experience in healthcare or e-commerce design is a plus.

Work Setup

• Remote (within India) collaboration with the Germany-based team.

• Designer will work on a freelance/contractor basis under a service agreement.

• Expected duration: 3–6 months, with possibility of extension.

• Designer must use their own laptop and internet connection.
