Senior Front-End Engineer-Job Description
Responsibilities
• Work with product development team to plan front-end components based on business requirements, usability requirements, and technical requirements. • Collaborate with product managers, designers and usability experts to ensure a great client-side user experience
- Hands-on coding / development as required as part of the core engineering team
- Follow the agile development methodology implemented in the engineering team.
- Actively participate in testing and support / maintenance activities.
- Participate in code peer review processes and quality improvement initiatives within the engineering team
Technical and Professional requirements
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in building elegant and fast Web interfaces.
- Strong proficiency with Angular 9, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Angular 9 experience is compulsory • Experience of working in Enterprise AWS environment
- Hands on experience in working on custom dashboards building using Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight etc.
- Ability to function independently without active supervision
- Understanding of bundling and deploying and configuring applications and web servers such as Nginx, Apache etc.
- Basic understanding of what is involved in integrating client-side components with server-side components in a web-application context
- Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git and SVN. Experience in CI/CD pipeline for code deployments
- Ability to write quality code that is reusable, testable, and efficient
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Good working knowledge in Software Design Patterns.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent technical requirement gathering and analysis skill
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
