What You’ll Do

safe flight operations

pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks

Assemble, calibrate, and maintain UAVs

flight controllers (PX4, ArduPilot)

payloads

field testing, prototype validation, and client demonstrations.

·       Prepare flight logs, maintenance reports

·       Collaborate closely with design and avionics teams to improve performance and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

2 years

build and troubleshoot

PX4 / ArduPilot / Mission Planner / QGroundControl

✅ Understanding of propulsion systems, power electronics, and RC communication links

✅ Good grasp of aerodynamics, flight stability, and sensor integration

✅ Excellent situational awareness and strong safety culture

✅ Willingness to travel and operate in varied field conditions


Nice-to-Have Skills

RTK/PPK systems

⭐ Familiarity with CAD / 3D printing

DGCA RPAS regulations

manual and autonomous missions
