UAT Support Specialist, Salem, OR, US

UAT Support Specialist

Role Description

  • Support end-to-end UAT cycles by coordinating test planning, validating environments, Assisting Client in preparing test scenarios & test cases for healthcare and human-services programs such as Medicaid/ Medicare, SNAP, TANF, CHIP, and eligibility systems.
  • Review business rules, policy updates, and functional requirements and ensure alignment with program regulations and benefit-determination logic.
  • Validate eligibility outcomes, benefit calculations, notices, claims processing, and workflow transitions; document test evidence and contribute to UAT sign-off activities.
  • Log, track, and retest defects as required; collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure timely resolution and verification of fixes.
  • Monitor UAT progress, prepare daily status reports, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and escalate blockers or risks to project leadership when needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation, support traceability, gather sign-off evidence, and ensure all UAT deliverables are completed with accuracy and compliance. Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, to support geographically distributed teams and critical project timelines.
