Job Description

As a Product Delivery Associate in Trust & Estate Solutions, you play a crucial role in enabling the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. You work collaboratively across the organization to ensure the continuous delivery of value, while also enhancing your skills and experience for personal growth within the role. - Drive technology development through the use of agile methodologies. - Create and refine JIRA stories and maintain backlog. - Act as the first point of contact for product support to ensure a positive user experience by triaging and escalating production issues. - Establish relationships with key functional areas within JPMorgan to support the development and ongoing delivery of T&E solutions. - Support the delivery of end-to-end process and platform change for large-scale initiatives. - Analyze business processes to identify efficiencies and implement necessary changes. - Identify, assess, and document business requirements and propose creative solutions that align with business priorities. - Facilitate the implementation of new functionality through project management and training sessions. - Support the broader Product Management team with ad-hoc projects as needed. Qualifications and Skills: - 5+ years of experience in delivering and facilitating change using technology and process re-engineering in a corporate environment or consulting firm. - Proficiency in Agile Methodology with the ability to write user stories and test new products. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. - Drive data reporting to Senior Management, both recurring and ad-hoc. - Expertise in Excel and managing large amounts of data. - Highly motivated, results-oriented, and client-focused with the ability to work under tight deadlines. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Strong team building, presentation, leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in wealth management, private banking, investments, or trusts and estates. - Experience in supporting large-scale transformation, operational risk management, or efficiency programs. - Familiarity with managing a SharePoint site.,
