Treasury Specialist

Highly Pro-active in monitoring Hedging, Investment and other treasury activities Liaison with Bank mid/ back office for timely deal confirmations Identify and analyze the risk emanating from Hedges, Investments and other treasury activities Implementing, monitoring and adherence to Regulatory and Internal guidelines. Dynamic Limit monitoring Forex transactions Collation of data from other teams and preparation of MIS reports for the senior management Responsible for Audit compliance and closure of Audit reports Authorizing the Forex and investment transactions in the treasury management system and maintaining the P&L sheet Qualification A chartered Accountant / MBA – with prior experience in a Corporate or a bank treasury- For the applicants with Corporate Treasury experience, the corporate should have significant forex volumes. Have a sound Knowledge of the pricing and valuation of forex forward contracts and other assets and liabilities denominated in foreign currencies. Understanding of the forex derivatives product lifecycle – both Forwards and Options Good understanding of ISDA and other documentation procedures and exposure to managing internal Statutory Audit compliance & controls. Aware about the relevant RBI / FEMA / FEDAI / SEBI Guidelines on financial markets Must Have Highly Pro-active in monitoring forex exposures and P&L Experience of using Integrated Treasury Management platforms and market data and analytics platforms like Bloomberg Good understanding of the forex exposure and hedging Have the knowledge of regulatory requirements and policies related to Treasury operations Must be curious to learn and have an analytical mind Proficient in using MS-Office products such as Excel and Power Point Show more Show less
