Travel Vendor Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing detailed and competitive costings for both domestic and international educational trips. Additionally, you will manage flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth trip execution, negotiate with vendors for the best rates, and act as the primary point of contact for schools and clients regarding travel logistics and inquiries. You will also oversee travel documentation, collaborate with internal teams, resolve on-ground issues, and maintain accurate records of bookings, costings, and vendor contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed and competitive costings for domestic and international educational trips - Manage flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling - Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth trip execution - Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and service quality - Act as the primary point of contact for schools and clients regarding travel logistics and inquiries - Maintain timely and professional communication with school coordinators, parents, and participants - Oversee travel documentation including itineraries, consent forms, insurance, and visa applications - Collaborate with internal teams to align travel with program objectives - Resolve on-ground issues and handle escalations during trips, ensuring excellent customer service - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, costings, and vendor contracts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in group or educational tourism - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination with schools, clients, and vendors - Proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service - Ability to maintain documentation and records systematically for operational efficiency,
