Travel Operations Manager

As a Travel Operations Manager at ATHRS, you will play a pivotal role in our growth story by overseeing daily travel operations, managing key vendor relationships, troubleshooting on the go, and building operational systems. You will work closely with the Founder to shape the next phase of ATHRS. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and manage end-to-end travel operations, from planning itineraries to execution. - Build and maintain strong relationships with on-ground vendors, partners, and experience providers. - Lead coordination of travel logistics including accommodations, transport, and activities. - Govern and drive operational excellence documentation and SOPs as we grow. - Communicate with customers at critical touchpoints to ensure a seamless experience. - Problem-solve in real-time, especially during peak travel or last-minute changes. - Hire, train, and mentor junior operations support as the team expands. - Contribute to strategy discussions, pricing models, and service delivery frameworks. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4-7 years of experience in travel operations, boutique agencies, or hospitality management. - Startup exposure or experience working in small, agile teams. - Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Clear, confident communicator with a flair for customer service. - Comfortable with digital tools such as Google Suite and Excel. - Passion for travel and deep curiosity about destinations, logistics, and people.
