Travel Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team to manage international outbound travel operations and sales. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, supplier relationships, and excellent communication skills to deliver seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle enquiries for international outbound leisure and corporate travel (FITs, groups, and MICE).

Design customized itineraries and prepare competitive quotations based on client requirements.

Coordinate with overseas suppliers, DMCs, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, visa processes, and travel regulations.

Manage end-to-end booking operations including confirmations, invoicing, documentation, and follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Stay informed about market trends, new destinations, and emerging travel opportunities.

Handle post-travel feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
