The Travel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the travel department. This role ensures smooth coordination of travel bookings, vendor management, customer service, and operational efficiency. The manager will lead a team of travel coordinators, liaise with corporate clients and travel partners. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and oversee the end-to-end travel operations process (transportation). · Supervise and support the travel operations team to ensure excellent service delivery and on-time execution. · Coordinate with Corporate customers and transport partners and maintain strong business relationships. · Ensure smooth handling of corporate and individual travel bookings, including lastminute changes or emergency arrangements. · Monitor and control operational budgets, expenses, and profitability. · Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. · Ensure compliance with travel policies, safety standards, and contractual agreements. · Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. · Prepare periodic reports on operations performance, service quality, and cost analysis. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. · 5+ years of experience in travel operations or corporate travel management. · Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. · Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. · Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office tools. · In-depth knowledge of travel regulations, vendor contracts, and logistics management. · Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively. · Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Note - Pure Night Shift ( 9.30pm to 8.30am) No Pick up & Drop Facility.
