Travel Operations Manager

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English both), Great ability to work under pressure, interact & develop strong relationships with customers and negotiate effectively, Well travelled and good knowledge of destinations (mainly Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan & Ladakh) will be an advantage.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handling to-and-fro of ongoing fixed departure trips and domestic & international holiday packages.
2. Coordinating with the core sales team, property, and transport vendors for a smooth travel experience of customers before and during the trip.
3. Help resolve problems arising in traveling and accommodation by researching best suited deals in terms of price, quality and quantity.
4. Keep a track on hotel bookings, bus & flight tickets and car rentals.
5. Researching new property and transport vendors, study trip itineraries and maintaining records of payments & other B2B deals.
