Travel Operations Executive

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing travel and events team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience — turning travel dreams into seamless, well-executed journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Itinerary Creation: Design customized and engaging itineraries for domestic and international destinations, aligned to client needs and budgets.

• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transport partners, and activity vendors to negotiate rates, confirm bookings, and ensure smooth operations.

• Portal Management: Upload finalized itineraries, inclusions, and pricing details onto our client portal accurately and on time.

• Client Support: Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure all client requirements are captured and delivered flawlessly.

• Quality & Efficiency: Maintain service standards, monitor booking timelines, and troubleshoot operational issues swiftly.

Who You Are:

• Organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple bookings and destinations simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Comfortable working on Excel / Google Sheets, travel CRM tools, or similar platforms.

• Prior experience in a travel agency, event management, or hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
