Travel Operations Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Khar road (west), Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities-

• Understand client requirements and create tailor-made travel itineraries.
• Recommend premium destinations, accommodations, and unique experiences.
• Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and tours.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth execution of trips.
• Provide clients with travel documentation, guidance, and support.
• Resolve travel-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on global travel trends, luxury destinations, and new offerings.

Requirements-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel advisory, itinerary planning, or a related role.
• Strong research skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences.
