Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Domestic Hotel Reservations (B2C) team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel booking operations and possess a good understanding of the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic hotel booking requests and reservations for B2C clients.
  • Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and internal teams to confirm bookings.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, availability, and booking details.
  • Maintain good relationships with hotel partners and vendors.
  • Handle guest queries, changes, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients.
  • Maintain booking records and prepare daily reports.
  • Support operational activities within the reservations department.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of domestic hotel booking procedures and systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation tools (if any).
