Job Title: Travel Manager
Location: Noida 62
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 50-60k monthly

Job Summary

The Travel Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and safe travel arrangements for employees. This role involves developing travel policies, negotiating with vendors, managing travel budgets, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and travel regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s travel policy and procedures.

Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation, and insurance.

Negotiate contracts and rates with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to achieve cost savings and quality service.

Oversee travel bookings made by internal teams or external travel partners to ensure compliance and cost optimization.

Manage travel expense budgets and track expenditures against forecasts.

Maintain relationships with travel vendors and resolve service issues or escalations.

Ensure compliance with travel-related laws, health and safety regulations, and company travel policies.

Provide regular reports and analysis on travel spend, patterns, and potential savings opportunities.

Support travelers with emergencies, changes, or disruptions, providing 24/7 support when required.

Coordinate with HR and Finance for travel reimbursements, advances, and reconciliation.

Develop and maintain a traveler database and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate travel management or a similar role.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills.

Experience using global distribution systems (GDS) and online booking tools (e.g., Amadeus, Concur, Egencia, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle travel disruptions effectively.

Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel standards.
