Travel Manager

Department: Travel Operations

Experience: 5–8 years (Travel Industry preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Travel Manager to lead our Travel Department and ensure smooth operations across bookings, vendor management, and team performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining client satisfaction, and managing a team of travel professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day travel operations, including ticketing, booking, cancellations, and refunds.
• Manage and guide the travel operations team to achieve performance goals.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors for best rates and smooth service delivery.
• Ensure all processes comply with company travel policies and standards.
• Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and track key performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5-8 years of experience in the travel or ticketing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,286.85 per month
