As our Travel Designer, you will be both a trusted client partner and a skilled trip manager, responsible for the end-to-end creation and flawless delivery of luxury itineraries. This role blends client-facing relationship management with operational coordination, ensuring each journey is seamless, personalised, and reflective of Vara⁵’s ultra-luxury service standards.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the consistent point of contact for your clients before, during, and after their travels.
• Understand client preferences and priorities to craft thoughtful, tailored recommendations.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, mobility partners, and service providers to secure bookings and special requests.
• Monitor trip progression, pre‑empt potential issues, and handle on‑ground problem solving.
• Maintain meticulous records in CRM and travel systems, ensuring seamless internal coordination.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge services.
• Proven ability to manage HNI/UHNI client relationships.
• Strong operational skills in booking management and vendor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of GDS, CRM platforms, and booking tools.
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
