As our Design Intern , you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through refined, on-brand visual content. Working closely with the content and brand team, you’ll adapt templates, create assets, and ensure every visual touchpoint reflects the Vara⁵ aesthetic -elegant, intentional, and precise. What You Will Do Adapt pre-existing templates for social, client, and internal use. Use Canva and basic design tools to produce high-quality visual assets. Maintain brand consistency across fonts, colors, and layout. Organize and manage design files and version control. Collaborate with the brand team to bring creative direction to life. What We Are Looking For Proficiency in Canva (portfolio or examples preferred). Strong visual instincts - alignment, composition, typography. An understanding of luxury design language and aesthetics. Comfort with feedback, iteration, and fast-paced delivery timelines. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer (eCommerce) at StyloBug located in Udyog Vihar. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive online sales, analyzing data to optimize performance, driving ad creative strategy, collaborating with the creative team to drive sales. Qualifications Minimum 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and analyzing performance metrics Ability to manage budgets, ROAS targets, and performance tracking Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager, Data layer implementation. Should be adept at using AI tools to generate static and videos, do minor editing etc. Should not be overdependent on editor teams. Will need intrapreneurial skills.
