Digital Communications & Brand Experience Executive
What You Will Do
- Own the Social Narrative: Lead content planning and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook — ensuring a seamless mix of stories, reels, posts, and moments that reflect the Vara5 brand.
- Design Excellence: Create elegant and impactful digital assets for posts, stories, reels, and campaign collaterals — making every image and video an embodiment of timeless sophistication.
- Curate Storytelling: Transform offerings from hotels, cruises, and experience partners into compelling narratives across platforms — making luxury palpable and aspirational.
- Lead Agency & Partner Efforts: Be the point person for creative and digital agencies, influencers, and freelance talent — providing sharp briefings, aligning creative output with brand DNA, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Social Listening & Engagement: Monitor conversations and trends, drive meaningful interactions, and proactively manage brand presence across platforms.
- Measure, Analyse, Refine: Track key performance metrics, share insights, and evolve strategies for deeper resonance and higher impact.
- Own the Details: Maintain the digital brand library, ensure consistency across platforms, and support internal efforts for campaign and campaign-adjacent collaterals.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years in digital marketing, social media, or brand experience — preferably in luxury, travel, lifestyle, or culture.
- A strong design sense with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop), Canva, and video editing platforms.
- Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and editorial sensibility.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media best practices, and evolving trends.
- Skilled in managing external creative or digital agencies.
- Strong project management and collaboration abilities — you can own a campaign end-to-end.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM, CMS tools, and SEO best practices is a plus.
- A self-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaigns
- Bonus points if you have a background in luxury hospitality, design, fashion or travel.
