About The Role

As a Travel Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their travel-related queries, bookings, and post-booking support. You will ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support related to travel bookings and services.
  • Assist customers with itinerary details, booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and travel documentation.
  • Provide information on travel destinations, visa processes, travel insurance, and package inclusions.
  • Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Manage post-sales support, including flight reschedules, hotel amendments, and emergency travel assistance.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
  • Upsell relevant travel services such as insurance, upgrades, and add-ons where applicable.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Handle complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the travel/tourism industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
