Responsibilities:-

• Client Consultation:

  Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.

• Itinerary Planning:

  Design customized travel packages and itineraries based on client requirements.

• Booking & Reservations:

  Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.

• Destination Expertise:

  Provide expert advice on destinations, including local customs, culture, attractions, and activities.

• Documentation Assistance:

  Help clients with necessary travel documentation, such as visas and passports.

• Sales & Upselling:

  Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting travel services and upselling additional products like travel insurance.

• Customer Service:

  Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after their trip.

• Relationship Building:

  Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide accurate and informed recommendations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:-

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations and booking processes.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is typical, though degrees in travel and tourism can be beneficial
