Travel Consultant

Job brief

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team at TravelBit Holidays Pvt. Ltd. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, and proven record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

1. Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.

2. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

3. Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees

4. Enter data into our software and maintain client files

5. Plan itineraries that meet clients’ budgets and requests

6. Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel plans

7. Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant 

2. Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively

3. Good knowledge of domestic and international travel trends

4. Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field

Skills

2. Familiarity with the latest travel trends, including popular vacation locations and activities

5. Understanding of foreign and domestic travel requirements or restrictions
