Travel Consultant

Reservation Department- Travel Consultant (Job Description):

• Ensure that reservation & ticketing personnel are performing accurately.
• Familiar with GDS software.
• Manage reservation and handle customer needs for sales and service over phone.
• Inventory Management and maintain flight schedule (line Winter/Summer Schedule etc) to notify the customers.
• Conduct market research to determine the requirements for the customers' needs.
• Supervise Sales reservation team for smooth functioning in reservation system.
• Maintain good relationship with the corporate clients
• Monitoring review and report on all reservations for better Customer Service.
• Information & notification provided to the customer in case of cancellation, delay and early schedule.
• Focus on 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all branches and agents are following department and company rules.

Requirements:-

-Any graduate/undergraduate (Min HSSC)

-IATA / Diploma in travel/airlines OR Experience in travel domain.

-Knowledge on GDS like Amadeus, saber Galileo.

- Good communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
