Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Travel Consultant role based in Jaipur. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning, customizing, and booking travel experiences based on their preferences and requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing travel inquiries, providing itineraries and package options, collaborating with the team to handle bookings, coordinating with travel service providers, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in trip planning, itinerary building, and travel package customization
• Knowledge of global travel destinations and familiarity with travel and booking platforms
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with organizational skills
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and upselling travel packages
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools and basic computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is advantageous
