Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and activities.
Manage travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to continuously improve services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, including domestic and international locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using travel management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
