Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Kozhikode. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning, advising, and managing travel arrangements for clients. Daily tasks include assisting with reservations, providing expert travel consultancy, and addressing customer inquiries with a focus on delivering high-quality service. The role emphasizes client satisfaction through tailored travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating tailored Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Reservations and handling ticketing processes efficiently
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities and strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client-specific requests
• Familiarity with travel industry software and systems is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
